STAAR Awards 2023 Last week saw the return of the Students’ Union annual STAAR Awards! The Student, Teaching, Activities, Academic Representation (STAAR) Awards is a night set aside to celebrate the hard work and achievements from Northampton staff, student volunteers, and society members over the academic year. It is an evening filled with excitement, pride, and a sense of community as the academic community gathers to acknowledge and applaud the brilliance within their midst. With over 1000 nominations placed, this year saw the highest number of nominations in Students' Union history - a true mark on the inspiring work that is happening right here on our campus and in our lecturer halls. We hope that Students, faculty members, and educators had a wonderful evening joining in the collective achievements of the institution and strengthening the bond between between all facets of the University of Northampton.
